Web Planner for students and teachers
The web planner for students and teachers is a module of the EasyAcademy suite that allows the online consultation of the suite modules’ public content.
The web planner for students and teachers is the result of a communication work carried out thanks to the collaboration with numerous universities and to date represents a consolidated tool allowing students and teachers to easily find the information they are interested in; thanks to its “responsive” characteristic, the search in the web planner for the information needed is particularly simple even when accessed with smartphones and tablets.
Students and teachers can consult online lessons and exam schedules (by course / year / curriculum, by teacher and by single subject), and graduation sessions (with the students assigned to each sessions and the teachers’ commissions) and the available classrooms at University departments, allowing students to easily understand which rooms are available to use to study.
It is also possible to export the displayed engagements, from every page of the planner, to smartphones’ calendar, a feature especially useful as it allows teachers to record lesson plans in their personal planner and relate them to other academic and personal commitments.
Thanks to the URL configuration of each page of the online planner, it is possible from the University website to redirect students to the specific page of the web planner for students and teachers (for example, from the University website page of a specific course it is possible to redirect students to that course schedule); it is also possible to create a QR Code for each classroom, to be posted at the entrance of the classroom, which will redirect to the web page of the students and teachers’ planner with the daily availability of that classroom.

EasyRoom is the module of the EasyAcademy suite that manages University classrooms and laboratories bookings.
The information on the web planner’s pages about lesson and exam schedules, and classrooms’ availability offered to students and teachers, is obtained from the events recorded in the EasyRoom module.
EasyCourse is the module of the EasyAcademy suite that allows to optimize and manage student and teachers’ lesson schedules at Universities Departments / Schools.
The lessons schedules of a typical week, planned with the EasyCourse module, can be displayed on the students and teachers’ web planners.
EasyTest is the module of the EasyAcademy suite that allows to optimize and manage students and teachers’ exam schedules at university Departments / Schools.
The exam sessions schedules, planned with the EasyTest module, can be displayed on the students and teachers’ web planners.
EasyThesis is the module of the EasyAcademy suite that allows to plan and manage graduation sessions of Universities Departments / Schools.
Graduation session schedules, with the relative students assigned to the various sessions and the teachers appointed to the degree commissions, planned with the EasyThesis module, can be displayed on the students and teachers ‘s web planners.
